Should those returning their Order of Canada Medals be taken to the Human Rights Tribunals?

I have a question. With now as many as four Order of Canada recipients returning their medals on the basis of Henry Morgentaler receiving one, when will they be taken before a human rights tribunal on the basis of inflicting emotional pain on members of society in favor of abortion? Just wondering ....
